Broken Tree Community (BTC) is a faith-based community that works to empower persons with mild to moderate cognitive and physical disabilities to live to their fullest potential with dignity and purpose.

Organizational Goals
- Give people of all abilities an opportunity to meet Jesus Christ and become His disciples.
- Provide a faith-based community that ministers to the needs of individuals with mild to moderate cognitive and physical disabilities.
- Create an environment that is safe, accessible, and welcoming of all persons.
- Offer programming that facilitates developing and nurturing the skills, abilities, and talents of individuals who are differently-abled.
- Encourage and support differently-abled individuals to push themselves beyond what is comfortable in order to achieve personal growth.
- Help heal the broken hearts of individuals who often live a life of rejection.
Method
- Provides transportation to and from all events.
- Holds weekly worship services on Friday Nights from 7:00 PM until 9:30 PM. Pizza is provided.
- Meet every Tuesday night at a local restaurant in Castle Rock to discuss faith and life issues
- Holds two annual camps per year, a weekend camp in the winter and a week-long camp in the summer, at the YMCA of the Rockies in Estes Park, Colorado.
